This movie is a rather large file (almost 5mb). You'll notice a small slider bar just beneath the image. As the file loads the slider bar gradually turns white. As soon as the slider bar is white all the way across beneath the image the file has finished loading. Clicking on the triangle will allow you to play the movie. To rewind or fast forward you simply need to move the control on the slider bar. Enjoy!

If you're having difficulty viewing the movie here, you can click here for a self-extracting version of the movie. It will be a file called MOVIE.exe and when you double click it it will ask you for a location to "unzip" it to. It will then uncompress the movie (MOV00001.mpg) and you should be able to play the movie on your home system.
