Progress, progress, progress. My Abba had his staples removed yesterday, and the post-surgical drain was removed today. He is eating more and more regularly and is shedding the extra kilos he picked up in post-surgical water retention. He's been doing really well with his walks - today he was actually able to take a few really long (by comparison) walks around the hospital. By the end of the day he was taking these walks without oxygen.

If you haven't noticed yet, there are pictures of my Abba in the Images section of the site. You can also see a copy of some of his telemetry there. Further, in the History section of the site you can find a copy of the letter my father sent out just before his surgery. We're hoping my Abba's latest progress will mean that he's coming home soon. I'll let you know as soon as I know.
